Great place for the area its located at, while stores and schools are very close to it. For an estimated $500 per month to rent the lot you can't beat the price. It's very calm and everyone in the neighborhood tends to get along and help each others. Does need a little more help in fixing the roads can use new roads and fill in some pot holes. Another small problem is you can't have more then 2 cars or have a car sitting in you parking space for long time of period which shouldn't be a problem if someone pays to rent the lot. Besides everything else a great decent place to stay until ready to move out into better things
